Level 2 – RICS HomeBuyer Reports
Developed over several decades, the RICS HomeBuyer Report serves the needs of most buyers acquiring standard buildings. With the use of its traffic light rating, this Level 2 survey will address the key areas of a typical house.
More cost effective than a Building Survey, the HomeBuyer format proves a good overview of the condition. The surveyor will inspect all parts of the building to provide the necessary information to proceed to purchase.

UPVC Fascias & Soffits
Soffits and fascias if installed in timber will constantly need maintaining on an 3-4 year basis which can be a very costly job.
With Upvc Soffits,Fascias and guttering you no longer need to worry, these can be easily cleaned with warm soapy water and will last decades with very little maintenance.
Upvc comes in a variety of colours, including white, light and dark brown and also woodgrain. Upvc soffit comes in many different styles ranging from clad to vented. All Upvc work will be installed to the highest standard.

Lead Work
Lead is an integral part of your homes ability to remain watertight, and with damaged or badly installed lead work, you will experience water penetration.
Lead is an extremely durable metal and if fitted correctly and in the appropriate code can last as long as 100 years. There are many different codes of lead ranging from code 3 for soaker's and code 5 for valleys,there are thicker grades available if required. As a roofing company we never use lead below code 4.
Our roofing company covers all different aspects of lead work including dressing, bossing and lead welding. Lead work is a highly skilled job and we currently have 2 trained lead experts with over 40 years combined experience.
